Thermawood‑USA was built around one simple idea: real wood should be able to perform where traditional hardwood fails.

Our products are made from solid American hardwood that i are waterproof through the thermally modifying using only heat and steam — no chemicals, no fillers, no veneers. or plastic cores! This process permanently changes the structure of the wood, making it dimensionally stable, moisture resistant, and suitable for applications where real wood was never an option before. like concrete slabs, radiant heat, outdoor cement patios and more. 

All of our material is produced at our family‑owned mill and shipped directly to contractors, builders, and homeowners. By controlling the process from start to finish, we ensure consistent quality, honest grading, and long‑term performance.
